How can I tell if I have a new card?

Here are a few things to look for on the new cards:

1. There are now Registered Trademark (®) and Service Mark (sm) symbols on the front of the card.
2. The border of our logo is now green.
3. The phone number to check you balance is included on the back of the card.

Are my older gift cards still accepted?

• All purchased/donated Jalapeno Tree gift cards that have a remaining balance are honored at any of our locations.

Is there a Service Charge/Fee?

• After 12 months from the date of purchase, a $2.00 monthly service fee will be deducted from the remaining balance until depleted, or until the card is sooner used. After each use, another 12 month grace period begins.

The Jalapeno Tree gift card may only be used for making purchases at Jalapeno Tree Mexican Restaurants and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used for gratuity. The value of the card will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or used without your permission. After 12 months from the date of purchase, a $2.00 monthly service fee will be deducted from the remaining balance until depleted, or until the card is sooner used. After each use, another 12 month grace period begins. Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This card program is subject to revisions without notice.
